# Synchronisation Logs

**Maica** tracks all synchronisation outcomes, both in terms of errors and information; these logs are actually Salesforce reports that can be viewed via standard Salesforce tools as well as **Maica** settings.

To **access** the synchronisation logs, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to `Maica Settings`
2. Click on the `Synchronisation Logs` Tab
3. Click on the `logs` link to view the Salesforce report

To **delete** synchronisation logs, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to `Maica Settings`
2. Click on the `Synchronisation Logs` Tab
3. Confirm the deletion by checking the `Confirm Deletion` box
4. Click the `Delete` button
