Plan Management is at the heart and soul of Maica. In many ways, it is the foundation upon which the rest of the solution is built. Having up-to-date, accurate Participant information at your fingertips in Salesforce is what we are all about and this section will walk you through the major functionality to really Empower your Plan Managers and your Participants.

Client Management App

To get you and your team up and running quickly, Maica includes a pre-configured Client Management app. The app groups together all the core Maica functionality you need to fulfil your role as a Plan Manager, including:

  • Participants and other Individuals, including Relationships (Contact records)

  • Providers and other Organisations (Account records)

  • Plans and Plan Budgets

  • Service Bookings

  • Service Agreements

  • Invoices and Invoice Entry
