Post Install Checklist

Use the following checklist to confirm that you've completed all required Post-Install Steps.

Access
Assigned a Maica License to the relevant users
Assigned the Maica Permission Sets to the relevant users

Picklist Values
Added the additional values to the Quantity Unit of Measure picklist on the Product object
Added the Initial Contact value to the Stage picklist on the Opportunity object
Added the Existing Customer value to the Type picklist on the Opportunity object and added to the Service Agreement record type

Page Layouts
Updated the Opportunity layout with the Maica page layout
Updated the Case page with the Maica page layout
Updated the Contact page with the Maica page layout
Updated the Product page with the Maica page layout
Updated the Account page layout

Page Layouts (if not using the Maica page layouts)
Added the Maica Mobile & Lightning Experience Actions to the Contact page layout
Added the Maica Mobile & Lightning Experience Actions to the Opportunity page layout

Email Actions
Added the Email Mobile & Lightning Experience Actions to the Contact page layout
Added the Email Mobile & Lightning Experience Actions to the Invoice page layout

Duplicate Rules
Activated the Maica Duplicate Rule

Report Charts
Updated and activated the Report Chart filter on the ABA Export object
Updated and activated the Report Chart filter on the Contact object
Updated and activated the Report Chart filter on the Plan object
Updated and activated the Report Chart filter on the Service Booking object
Updated and activated the Report Chart filter on the Service Agreement object
Updated and activated the Report Chart filter on the Opportunity object
