# Maica Billing Processes

Maica offers standard set of Salesforce Flows that automate the conclusion of an Appointment, generation of any associated Invoices and Invoice Line Items as well as the dispatching of these Invoices.

It is entirely possible, during an implementation, to amend the logic of these flows to suits your individual business needs using native Salesforce configuration tools.
